Sample chili prepared by  participating  Downtown Wheaton restaurants from noon to 4 p.m., Nov. 6. Then gather at Muldoon's, 133 W. Front St., to  vote using the ballot on the back of the ticket. Restaurants will be awarded first and second place prizes by Mayor Michael J. Gresk.
